Garry Thompson

When I left high school I thought I was going to be a builder, and now after 25 years in the banking/finance industry I find myself building relationships with my clients and staff, building better ways to access loans and lending information and assisting my clients build wealth and achieve their goals. 

During 21 years as an employee of one of Australia’s Big 4 banks, I realised there could be more to offer my clients than the products limited to any one financial institution.

Definitive Finance evolved from the idea that as a lending specialist and principal of my own business, I could source loan products from over 25 financial institutions and offer the kind of service my clients deserve.

I’m fortunate to be doing work I enjoy and to be able to share my business with my beautiful wife Sharon, who complements me in all ways.

Kim Bloomfield

My original lending background comes from over 20 years service with the Commonwealth Bank.  During that time I was a Mobile Lender with them for 7 years before I left to become a successful Mortgage Broker.

I  provide a professional & ethical approach to all my dealings with clients, and pride myself on customer service and attention to client needs & requirements while adhering to bank lending policy and doing things right the first time.

Originally coming from a rural background, I moved to the Caboolture area approximately 20 years ago, but I am still actively involved in cattle breeding on my family farm.

My hobbies include fossicking for gems and fishing when time allows.

I look forwarding to assisting more people every year achieve their goals.

Definitive finance office team

Our staff have many years prior experience working in the banking industry in various roles from customer service to loans management.

This experience enables them to provide quality financial assistance and customer service to my clients.

Ashley Reck, as the Client Manager, processes your loan applications and follows them through to settlement. He can answer most, if not all queries clients may have regarding their loans.

Rebecca handles customer after-settlement care. She will ring you following settlement of your loan to ensure that you are happy with the arrangements that are in place.

 

Sharon, as Administration Manager is kept busy with everything else that needs to happen for a business to run smoothly.
